Orders

How do orders work?

All peices are released in limited production runs. Join our AGA House list for our next order window.
When will I receive my order?

Each piece is made exclusively on a pre-order basis.

Your order joins our production schedule as soon as your purchase has been placed. This ensures we produce required quantities, avoiding excess waste and allowing each piece the attention it needs.

Production = up to 30 - 40 days

Once production is complete, your order is shipped from our manufacturing partners over to our London studio for a final quality inspection, before being packaged and dispatched to you.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details as soon as your order leaves our London studio.
Can I change or cancel my order?

As our pieces are produced to order, we're unable to accept cancellations or order changes once production has begun.

If you've made a sizing or delivery address error while placing your order, please contact us down below as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help before production starts.

Shipping & delivery

International shipping

  • UK and selected international shipping is available
  • EU shipping is temporarily unavailable for our first release while we adapt to new EU packaging requirements. If you're based in the EU and want to order the Utility Mini 001, join our waitlist to be the first to know when shipping opens.
  • Shipping times and costs vary depending on your orders destination.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

International orders may be subject to custom duties, taxes or import fees imposed by your local customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total at checkout.

We cannot estimate custom charges for orders as they vary by country.

Please note, custom processing may delay your order delivery, these delays are outside of our control.
Customers in the uk

All orders are made to order.

Please allow up to 40 working days for production and up to 10 days for you order to be received at our London studio for final quality checks before dispatch.

UK delivery: 1 - 4 working days.

Shipping costs & time frames

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

  • UK Orders: Shipping 1-3 days after dispatch. No custom duties or import fees applied
  • International Orders: Shipping 1-8 days after dispatch depending one your destination. Custom processing may extend delivery times.

For international orders, any applicable duties, taxes or import fees are not included unless otherwise stated and remain the responsibility of the customer.

My package didn't arrive

If your parcel is delayed or cannot be found you must:

  1. Contact the shipping provider to open an investigation.
  2. Submit your claim.

It is the responsibility of the shipping provider to investigate any lost, damaged or stolen orders.

If any further information is required following the investigation, please reach out using our contact service below, stating your:

  • Order number
  • Delivery claim

Claims relating to delayed or missing orders cannot be reviewed by us until the shipping provider's investigation has been completed.

Please note: We are unable to issue refunds or cover shipping costs for unclaimed orders that have been returned to our HQ.

Returns

As this is our first made to order collection we are not currently accepting returns.

If you believe your order has arrived faulty or incorrect, please contact us below within 3 days of delivery.
