ORDERS

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Once an order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation using the email address provided at checkout.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, stock or production issues, or incorrect information displayed on our website.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, the relevant amount will be refunded.

 

MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

Our first collection is produced on a made-to-order basis.

Production can take up to 40 working days, followed by up to 10 additional working days for pieces to arrive at our London studio for final quality checks before dispatch.

Estimated production and delivery times are provided as guidance and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside of our control.

 

PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website.

Shipping charges and any applicable costs will be displayed at checkout before your order is confirmed.

For international customers, customs duties, taxes and import fees may apply and, unless otherwise stated at checkout, are the responsibility of the customer.

 

PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make every reasonable effort to display our products, colours, measurements and descriptions as accurately as possible.

Please note that colours may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen settings.

Due to the nature of garment production, minor variations between individual pieces may occur.
